  • Missing or Stolen Parcels: Neatmithide explicitly relinquishes liability for parcels formally logged as "Delivered" by the designated final-mile carrier. If your tracking status indicates successful delivery but the parcel is absent, we strongly urge you to immediately query household members, neighbors, or the local dispatch office of the freight carrier.
