If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have established a clear and transparent return process to assist you.

1. 30-Day Return Window & Conditions

We gladly accept return requests within 30 days of your package's delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

  • All original labels, tags, and accessories must remain attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging (including protective inserts).

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send any items back to our facility without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund. To start your return process, please email our support team at support@neatmithide.com. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact shipping address for your return.

3. Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • Company Error (Defective/Damaged): If you receive an incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged item, Neatmithide will bear all return shipping costs. We will issue a prepaid return label or cover the shipping expenses.

  • Customer Preference (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item due to personal preference, ordering the wrong size, or simply no longer needing it, you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that any original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

4. Order Discrepancies & Transit Damages

We kindly ask that you inspect your organizers and storage tools immediately upon arrival. If you notice any defects, breakages, or missing parts, please contact us at support@neatmithide.com with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. This allows our team to expedite a replacement or issue a store credit promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For quality control and hygiene purposes, the following items are strictly exempt from returns:

  • Gift cards.

  • Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Custom-made or personalized storage units.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In compliance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The returned merchandise must still meet our standard "unused" and "original packaging" requirements outlined in Section 1.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received at our processing center and carefully inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval & Issuance: Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for our internal team to process the return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to officially post to your bank account or credit card statement.
